All data in The Vault is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your business data is never exposed between sessions.

Zero Model Training

Your Vault data is never used to train or fine-tune any AI model — not ours, not Anthropic's. What goes into The Vault stays in your organization only.

Organizational Isolation

Every organization gets its own isolated data partition. No data is shared between tenants. Multi-tenancy is enforced at the database level on every query.

Role-Based Access Control

Admins control exactly what each team member can see and do. Staff access only their assigned specialist bundles. Vault contents can be locked by Global Vault Lock.

Audit Logs

Every AI action is logged: who asked, what was generated, which Vault data was accessed. Full audit trail available to admins on Team Command plan.
